Delete and image after Upload

I have an issue with a newly registered "Member". They upload a file and create a post.

If they try to edit the post and press delete in the image they get the following message.

The delete button works for admins or moderators but not the user who uploaded the file originally.

That might be under user permissions > Members> manage

I only have the following options under plugins:

Plugins
Attachments Download
Attachments Upload

Nothing for Delete

I see now. You need to give 'members' general permission to delete (its not specific)
I assume this will allow them to delete only their own discussions, images etc.

Default Category permissions at bottom has discussions, comments.
I assume that includes uploaded images therein.
