How to call a discussion thread?

What class or command requests a certain discussion thread when when clicked on the relevant discussion title.

This question looks answered even though it isn't?

    There's a difference between answered (replied) and resolved.
    When you've resolved your problem, we'll put a "Solved" tag in the title.

    Answered is just a tag in the discussion list that your problem got a reply.

    I didn't say resolved. This and couple of other questions are tagged "Answered" even though they don't have any replies.
