How to get Follows, Views, Replies boxes next to threads like this website?

I like this format a lot, but I can't find any tutorials on how to do it.

I 'THINK', there are settings you can enable/disable. Somebody wrote a changed version where just the veiws and comments were shown ->
and no voting part. (though that part is still in the plugin its hidden)

download that here (use 7zip or similar program to open it its a tar file, or private message me here and ill send you the file as is, no need to open it, just upload to plugins.)
