[Solved] How to make parent category? (2.0.17.10)

When I manage my category (I use version 2.0.17.10 or 2.0.18b4) I do not view a option Make this categoy parent :S

Any solution?

When you are looking at the list of categories you can drag and drop them to create parent/child relationships.

Do you mean result? Which browser are you using?
Did you try it with another browser? Do you have Javascript enabled?

I read all your link but there isn't any solution for me.
I use IE9, firefox 6.0.2 and chrome 14.X... -.-

it is strange but I'm instead able to order role (i think it is the same code of categories)

another bug (only for me?!) is that on hompage settings when I click on discussions or comments etc. on page footer (the imput with route) don't self-update
