No longer able to log in with credentials after facebook log in enabled ???

As above, after enabling facebook login and logging in using facebook, if i then log out and try to log in using my own account creds, i get error message....

Sorry, no account could be found related to the email/username and password you entered.

This also happens here! Why is this so? I thought both options should be avail?

LOL, nevermind, please delete this, Im an Idiot! I couldnt log in because I was using the wrong credentials LMAO, never use lots of different credentials for different sites!
It might be time to think about open ID! :)

    There was no solution Todd, I was simply using my credentials for another site by mistake.
    Point taken though, that's something that p*sses me off no end, when people don't share solutions, it makes searching pointless.
    Given that personalisation documentatation is sketchy at best, sharing solutions here (AND being specific, rather than assuming folk will 'just know'), is vital to the wellbeing of vanilla forums community.
    Since this thread will be useless to folk searching, I did ask it be deleted .
