[Solved] (Embedded) Error When Signing Out

I embedded a forum onto a site I manage. Everything is working great except that when you sign out you see a Fatal error message. Looks like it does indeed sign you out though. Any ideas?

    Changed the Route for 404 Error message back to default and it fixed the problem.
