Voting Problem

I have Voting Plugin installed on my localhost. as a user i can increase the voting to any no of times i want - it wont stop at just 1 vote - i can increase it any number of times i want it to. any solutions?

    Check the moderation permissions on the user. Moderators can increase votes as much as they want.

    can i limit moderators in that? so that no moderator can increase it. i will have moderators only check for unusual posts and vocabulary. any way i can restrict moderators from increasing votes? coz i will have a couple of moderators on my forum
