Changing the wording

I'd like to change the word "discussion" site wide, is this something that can be done without too much problem?

    config>local.php Add

    ex. $Definition['discussion'] = 'Translation goes here.';

    Change 'Translation goes here' to what you want

    I opened up that file and there is only one line:

    <?php if (!defined('APPLICATION')) exit();
