Categories custom permissions

Hi again, I would like to make a sub-category for announcements, but I'm having hard time at figuring out what all the boxes stand out for. Am I just missing something, or is there some kind of bug?

    Well, looks like after you have made the category, the permissions show up properly. Anyway, imo thats a bug to be fixed. :/
