Server optimization for Vanilla?

Hi there,

Curious if anyone can post some guidelines for tweaking a cPanel Virtual Server for optimal Vanilla performance?

Does anyone have any experience using Apache + Varnish Cache or Nginx?

What would you recommend? The community is now small (launched <8 hours ago), but as a techy i'd like to ensure everything is in tip-top shape.

What about Varnish Cache? Anyone have any experience directly utilizing Apache + Varnish Cache on a Vanilla installation?

I only ask because I have previous experience with Varnish Cache, but no -real- experience with Nginx (Though I have set it up and configured it on a development server, never used for production).
