limit shown tags [tagging enhanced] needs js?

Id like to show my tags list (in panel) minimised, I have borrowed vanillaforums.org's tag css from 1.3, but Im thinking, there needs to be a limit, or the panel will stretch indefinately? Maybe its built into tagging enhanced? I dont know.
