Visual Issue in 2.0.1.8

I just updated to 2.0.18 and am having one lingering visual (possible js) issue. The options menu when displaying discussions isn't showing up properly. You can see it here:

Any thoughts on correcting this? I'm at a blank as to where to even look.

EDIT: looks like you have to be logged in to see it. I'll post a screen grab.

    Many theming things have changed in 2.0.18, most will need some level of rework.
