Can my custom pages not be embedded in my forum theme?

I'm creating custom pages that include a fair share of their own JavaScript and CSS. I am actually only using the plugin because I need these pages to be inaccessible from people not logged in to the forum.
I seem to be running into a bug where Vanilla's JS files are conflicting with the JS files that I'm using on my custom page. Is there way to tell Vanilla not to include its own JS and CSS files on my custom pages? If the content of my custom pages only included what I have defined in my custom pages and none of the Vanilla files, that would be amazing. Is this doable? Or at least some way to tell these custom pages to not include Vanilla's JS and CSS files? Thanks!
