All users denied access after restoring
I was recently hacked and had to restore my site from a backup.
Whilst the DB was fine, I wasn't able to restore the forum files (2.0.17) themselves, so I redownloaded a clean set from here and reuploaded.
Now I seem to be the only person who can login and access the forum, even though all users and their permissions seem to be correct.
Do I have to 'reset' something and change something in config?
