[Solved] Sign In (v 2.0.18 ) using Chrome

On Chrome when a user clicks Sign In button, the modal window doesnt display, then it locks the page up.
Upon refresh, the sign in button still malfunctions.
** Also noticed when you register, on the forums. You dont get a MESSAGE to state you cannot reply to posts until you confirm your account.
