text editing box question

So this forum has this nice editing box that includes an easy way to post pictures, bold, etc. Is this an add on or plug in? I cannot seem to find anything but the WYSIWYG editor which is kinda clunky and doesnt' always seem to work correctly... Any ideas?

Edit - This can be deleted I saw another thread that assisted me.

    Called buttonbar, search on the forums. It has not been officially released but you can download via github and play with it, at your own risk i presume.
