Strange display bug when editing comments with attachments in them

When editing a comment with a file attached to it, sometimes the attached thumbnail is displayed twice. Seems to happen randomly. If it doesn't happen, and it only displays one thumbnail while editing, hitting "Cancel" returns to the normal post but the attachment thumbnail will be hidden. Reloading the page returns it to normal. Looking at the code it just seems like there is a second instance of the class="attachments" div that is being displayed.
In the video above I am using a custom theme I'm building, but the same thing happens with the default Vanilla theme.
I'm using FileUpload 1.5.2 with Vanilla 2.0.18.1, but I was getting the same problem with FileUpload 1.4.4 and Vanilla 1.0.17.1.
