Report spam

how do you get the new "spam" and "abuse" option showing on posts. So users can click to report. As i can not see that option:(

    There is a plugin called Flagging, couldnt find in the repository. But if you are on latest build ( not sure on prev versions ) you can enable it in your dashboard
