Don´t show email in Profile

I am new in vanilla forum.

I don´t want to show the email in members profile.

I want change template.

Where is the template of profile??

I´ve seen that is an option to user if he wants to show, but I want don´t show that option.

What Vanllia are you useing? 1.1.10, or one of the 2's?
