i want to customize the signin/register page you see when you come to my site and do not have an account. i searched this site and checked the FAQ but didnt get an answer....

    It should be in the language/dictionary file. Open that up and search for some of the text, it should find it.

    ok thanks.... not the best place for it, but none the less this info should be put into the FAQ section.

    If I'm not mistaken, the FAQ is in the Wiki, which means anyone can add it there. Even you.
