How do you change the title on the homepage that is displayed on the name bar of your browser?

My mistake it seems to have worked, I think it must have been a caching issue... thanks !!

I have tried this and it doesnt seem to have worked. I followed the instructions given at: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/15397/have-i-got-the-instructions-for-the-plug-in-right-web-title

Any other ideas?
