Suggestion to help people creating themes.
Seemingly, lots of users get confused as to what files to edit when creating a custom theme.
Whilst this issue may be resolved by answers elsewhere, can i suggest that within the bundle .. A new MYTHEME folder is added to themes with all relevant files and base start up folders , so that noobs can dive right in editing all necessary files and customisation, without buggering up the core.
