this theme looks outstanding, just wondering if there's a simple tweak to make entire thing fluid width (thinking of most folks on larger screens or higher res machines)...any thoughts?

i'm also going to make some css tweaks and will be happy to repost or send to you for a possible variation/subtheme of some kind...want to do an entire alternate color version...
