What Permissions to delete a message?

This could be a stupid question, but what permissions do I need to set to allow a user the basic act of deleting a comment they've made? Searched everywhere and not found the answer!

    There is no permission for this. Only moderators can delete comments.

    I see the Default Category Permissions allows for a Delete comments permission; how easy to change that to apply only to the Users comments?

    Vanilla.Comments.Delete exists but that gives permission to delete all comments.

    To delete your own no.

    grep is your friend.
