same domain , multiple forums, same db

Just wondering, I know its extra legwork on my behalf, and perhaps total overkill.

But, has anyone. Installed Vanilla to different folders , using same dB. Purely for Demonstration purposes

So I could have.

mysite.com/version_one
mysite.com/version_two
mysite.com/version_three
mysite.com/version_four

I really am not liking style switching, and the fact we use different notification methods.. etc was wondering if plonking a copy of vanilla in different directories could help. But then thinking, perhaps that would create bigger issues....

    We're actually running 2 copies of Vanilla on completely different servers, off the same database. It works.
