Interesting. The theming community here always seemed small and sorely lacking in quality, these new sites will need to provide enough incentives to lure out talented designers from hiding. It will be important to create an environment where good design is recognized for what it is, as this will encourage other skilled designers to participate; fostering a quality culture will attract the needed talent.
Just some thoughts. Can't wait to see all these new sites in action!
