Not saving position

Hi Guys,

Using Pockets plugin but it doesn't save the position at which I set it to.

For example, I set it to Panel, before, frequency 1 and Begin at 3. It still insists to be at the first of the list of panels.

I am using the default Vanilla theme/template. Also unable to set roles to it.

the roles conditions for pockets does not appear to work, but i've gotten the positioning to work. try switching to repeat every or given indices.
