Is there a mass email to users feature in Vanilla?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a mass email feature in vanilla either by addon or core facility in vanilla. I know users get notified by mail when someone replies to their bookmark discussion but I want a custom message to be sent to all members. Is there any way to do this?

    when you use the plugin for email announcements, you can mass email those announcements to all users and have them give you feedback to it through that announcement discussion too.
