Theme Request: PHPBB or vBulletien type Vanilla Forum Theme

I have a engaging blog at Gtricks which is doing good enough considering its only few months old. Twice I have been requested by forum members that they dont feel like they are using a forum, which stops them from further discussions.

I understand that vanilla is very different from other forum platforms with a different objective and beliefs. But I also believe that a forum becomes successful coz of its active members.

Hence, here is a request for style that looked more like a traditional forum such as PhpBB, VBulletin, SMF or PunBB.
