Not working on Windows?

I can't get this plugin to work in Windows. I have vanilla 2.0.18.1. There's no errors but files aren't uploaded.

    Actually, forget it. It does work. But after upload there's no visual confirmation until you save the post.

    After installing APC (I get confirmation of installatio in phpinfo), do I need to setup anthing furter to get FileUpload to properly work? Under plugin settings I still get "Realtime progress bars: unavailable"

    Ok, Thanks but now webserver crashes when going to dashboard->plugins.
