I just switched from the free who's online to the pro version and i no longer see the presence information for users of the mobile site. I like the visitor count, but not at the expense of seeing my mobile users.
Help please!

I think the author of that stated all pro requests need to be posted on his support site ( I may be wrong ) but it may yield a quicker response.

Thats okay, here will do too. I sometimes miss things here though. Can you tell me what version of vanilla you are running so I can try and duplicate this. Also did you uninstall the old one before installing the pro version?
As I cant seem to edit my own posts:
Do you have an example of your forum live?
@garymardell forum version is 2.0.18.
last night i added mobilefriendly = true to the plugin info array. that seems to have fixed the issue, although its still interesting that i had to do that with pro but not with the other version.
you can take a look at the site http://homebrewforums.net
let me know when you will be poking around and i can remove the mobile friendly so you can see the original behavior.

Have you set your forum to the mobile theme or the embed friendly theme. It should be the embed friendly one.
i have a lightly customized theme based off of fluid left that i use for the full site. mobile users get the mobile theme automatically.

Well looking at it, not sure why the original one displayed on the mobile theme to begin with. Is this something that I should add then, the flag to make it display on mobile theme? Or just add some instructions to do this?
i would recommend setting it mobile friendly by default, otherwise you miss a lot of the actual users.
if you make it a setting in the dashboard that would be even better.
the information doesn't actually get displayed on the mobile theme since the render area doesn't exist, but the state gets updated so you know when the iphone users are prowling the site.

while I have your attention, are you accepting enhancement requests? I'd like an option to display the who's online in other areas of the layout? I'd like to make it show in the footer of the site for mobile view.
