Feature Request - plugin bundle creator

You know how in the old days of jquery, you could create your build. So you would pick select and bundle specific things you want, that would be a cool idea on here.
So a list is displayed, showing all plugins, with checkbox next to them, you tick away at the ones you want. So create a build bundle.
Then you can download, that entire bundle. Plus save that bundle list, to your profile
Would save me lots of time, and I am sure would be cool seeing what bundles others create.

We're probably going to do something a little like this on our hosted solution, but no guarantees that it would be viable in the OSS product. We'll see though.
