Markdown not showing up in Extension List?

I tried to upgrade the version of Markdown from the one in the distribution zip to the 1.0.1c that was posted, but it isn't showing up in the extensions list to enable. Is there something more that I need to do to get this to work?

    What version of vanilla?

    Plugin protocol was changed recently.

    I am running the latest zip distribution (0.9.2.6). Changing back to the old version of the plugin works fine.

    Weird. It may be that the one you have is for 0.9.3

    I've "downgraded" to the distribution plugin and it is working fine. Thanks.
