Hi, how can I get the homepage of my forum to have a more traditional layout (more like phpbb, smf, etc.) like the one found at http://forums.penny-arcade.com/

Well lets break it down.
I reckon 70 hrs at approx $30 per hr is totally reasonable.
That theme requires core file chnges but they could be done by creating your own theme, and changing core files within that theme along with a ton of css changes.

Hmm really? Thats incredibly over priced haha. Is it possible to do by playing with the theme files or do you have to go into the core files?
