Problem with Editor

Hi Frnds!
i can't use any of plugins, which are related to editor, like CLEditor jQuery WYSIWYG,Button Bar,Quotes....
it shows like this:

how can i solve this problem?

    You have to look in the database. Look for the field "Format" for this particular post.
    What does it say? Text? Html?

    Step - by - step:

    1) Open DataBase in PHPMyAdmin
2) Open Table gdn_comment
3) Go to tab Browse of PhpMyAdmin
4) Find field Format
5) For your post, what does it say in field format

    If you still cannot find it, tell which step you didn't succeed in : 1,2,3,4 or 5

    Under the Wysiwyg editor, what does it say?
    You can use Markdown in your post. or You can use Simple HTML in your post. or something else?

    there is nothing Under the Wysiwyg editor
    but Under "Button Bar" says:

    You can use Simple Html in your post.

    no, i enable Wysiwyg editor first and it was nothing under it,
    then disable it and enable "Button Bar"

    any ideas? :(
