How to enable moderation if bad word found?

I want to moderate the posts where bad words are found instead of just hiding the bad word and accepting the post. Any solution would be appreciated.

Could this maybe also work as a positive filter.

People who write words like this.
Ipad, Iphone, wordpress, Ebay,

While it should be:
iPad, iPhone, WordPress and eBay.

To x00's point you could use the flagging plugin in conjunction with a modified version of civil tongue which raises the flagging event when a restricted word is found
