I do not think there is any in the documentation, if you are testing locally and have phpmyadmin (or any other sql gui then look through all the tables and what is in what. The number corresponds to there userid which increments by 1 for each new user. There might be stuff in the blog

I wish Todd Lincoln or Tim, could give some guidance on this. I know its all fundamental stuff, but how to parse and collate data / vars etc is albeit basic really important to know.
