Facebook preview thumbnail with "<meta/>" information?

Hi, i'm trying to get this meta-info on my vanilla forum so that a small preview image wil show up when i post a link to my forum on facebook:
< meta name="title" content="FINN VEGG.NO" />
< meta name="description" content="Hvor vegger og grafittikunstnere møtes." />
< link rel="image_src" href="http://turbolego.com/finnvegg-facebook-logo.jpg" />

So, does anyone know which file in vanilla i paste that code into?
This problem was fixed using the AddThis 1.2b plugin.
AddThis comes with settings for custom facebook-thumbnail when you share a link, all you need, is to register on http://addthis.com/
