How to reset settings of ProxyConnect 1.9.9 plugin

Hi!

I want to reser the settings of the ProxyConnect plugin version 1.9.9!
I have tried to unistall it, but I re-install the plugin and the data inserted for Manual Setting are inserted in the inputs fields!

If I chage the Manual Integration in Wordpress Integration this is the message that give me:

ProxyConnect has been configured to work with your blog, http://ilbaratto.superatic.com/blog/. Now would be a good time to Activate the authenticator and do a little testing.

But really the plugin don't work!

I'm new with Vanilla!

I have view the db tables but I don't meet the table GDN_Plugin, or GDN_Admin...
