I want to make the forum a special technical support to companies
Each member shall have the privacy to communicate with the employee
What are your instructions?

    I have a program
    I want to Work 3 packages of technical support
    Each package has a way of support
    For example
    Companies
    Schools
    Etc.
    All this in Vanilla

    Why start with an apple an try try to make it an orange?

    Vanilla has private message, for private messages. It is different from forum discussions but you can add any participants.

    grep is your friend.
