    localization

    Then search in the forum for similar topics

    The terms you search for are:

    * translations
* change title text
* localization
* Change text and buttons to say something else

    i'd say download http://vanillaforums.org/addon/skeleton-locale and get crazy. but watch your language if you are trying to make it english.
