[Solved] Nested Links --> Categories/all

How I do get these nested links in the first place. Also how do you make the "Categories" link back to categories/all

    My landing page is categories/all. When you click on a category, I would like the categories/all link to appear between the navigation menu and the discussion -- pretty much like how it is on phpBB, SMF and other such forums. Or basically like the pic above with the pink highlight.
