Vanilla / PostNuke integration works - Site launched

edited March 2006 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
Hey all, just wanted to say thanks for the great support and help I got here. I launched the redesign of my site yesterday sporting a sweet Vanilla integration. I still have a couple minor things to work out with the site, but for the most part things are working great. Thanks for the great software Mark, and thanks for the help Vanilla community. http://www.pnflashgames.com -Lee

  • By the way, if anyone else is working on this type of thing let me know because I can supply the import script I wrote to move topics from PNphpBB2 to Vanilla.
  • wow thats awesome. good job
  • That's damn impressive.
  • looks nice, however the main page images appear to be a bit crooked. the players image appears to be 10-20px higher than the others. nice however.
  • I'd love for this to work with WP and I think it would be more useful to vanilla users (more seem to use WP). Anyone working on a extension/plugin to allow WP post comments through vanilla and user account consistency, etc.?
  • Freedman, it sounds like you are a WP user yourself. Maybe you should write the integration? You can't expect everyone to do work for you. I wanted a PostNuke integration because it was important to me, so I wrote it. It's not rocket science, just do it. Anyways... @Crypt and giginger - thanks for the compliments! @Lech - thanks for that comment - I did not notice that before. I borrowed (okay, I stole them outright) the icons from Tango project because I really liked their style and the graphics are open source. But I had to trace those because I couldn't get them scaled right in Photoshop and I don't have a native SVG editor. I'll try to adjust the joystick and get it right.
