if i may ask, what kind of page are you trying to achieve? maybe you need a new custom plugin on your objective.

i mean by comment page you are looking for something like what is on the bottom of that blog link? if so search this forum, there was recently a discussion about how the vanilla team is doing that. you basically just create a thread for the page, then either embed or include the discussion code into the bottom of your page with it hard wired to the discussion you created for that purpose.
