css help - revisited

edited March 2006 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
I did some more work on my website this morning, and have a little trouble with the homepage and internet explorer (surprised?) Could anyone take a quick look and tell me where I am going wrong by any chance. In IE, the left side of the page is BELOW the right. They are supposed to be about even. Linkage: 1. homepage - 2. css file - Thank you again for your time.

If you read the text you see that in FF part of it is hidden behind the image: the word "clients" doesn't appear. Seeing the line at the bottom, I think that in both IE and FF it should be outlined a bit the the left. That will make more space between the twho images (not overlapping).

Oh yeah. Well. I don't have the time at the moment to work on my own stuff, I am so busy with school and work. So I am going to cheat in the meantime, with the entire background as an image, so spacing works and everything and use it like a giant image map (ussing css sprites - sort of). Thanks for looking though. If I need help when I get back into doing it properly, I will bring it up here again.
