Can't locate Custom Theme Option

I almost think I'm crazy because I swear it was there before. I just set up Vanilla forums 2 wks ago (not active yet) and have been personalizing it when I have time. Tonight I go to make css changes and can. NOT find where to do it.

Am I just too tired and am missing it?

I was scared to ask a question but after using the search function here for an hour I gave in.

    Did u accidentally move it inside another folder????? Check out the other theme folders in there

    If you can load a forum page in a browser, won't looking at the source tell you where the css files are being pulled from?
