can someone tell me, how i can make private diskussions?
so starting a diskussion, and having the possibility to choose users which can see and comment it? i was searching for a plugin but didn t find.

This is basically what conversations do, without the categories.
Also whisper, when released, would allow you to spawn conversation/private messages from discussions.
I guess you want something similar gwave.
grep is your friend.
