confuse.!! why can edit page{application cms] with local server but can not on host

confuse.!! why can edit page{application cms] with local server but can not on host
i meanning insert picture edit colour text ect. in localhost its will show window edttor
but when go to host why its not have show window edttor ? b/c i will insert picture and edit vid vid paragraph on host server.

please advise me,
