Meta Tags - How to make facebook show the correct image?

I need to get facebook to show a picture and some meta-information whenever i post the link to my forum: http://finnvegg.no/

I found this guide, but i have no idea where to put the codes: AddThis button: How to make facebook show the correct image and text for a blog post

Please advice.

Just replace the new folder, go to Addthis link in your dashboard and config your images field, all done

Hi friend, if you want to share a discussion on facebook, may you will like Addthis plugins: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/addthis-plugin-1.2

version 1.2 with images field, you just add your image url then the plugins will do this for you.

I'm using 1.1 right now, but whenever i try to click "disable" before i update, nothing happens?

yeah, i can't disable "AddThis", the "disable" button does nothing.

I'll do that once the error-message i get when i try to enable Version 1.2 has been resolved.
