Is there an way I can send out an e-mail or message to all users of my vanilla forum?

Well, there was a plugin by Ronnie called Mass Delivery. I can't seem to find it on a plugin search so I don't know what happened to it or where I had gotten it but it does exactly what you want to do. I still have it on my forum and I assume it still works but I have not used it in quite a while. Maybe someone else knows about it or where to get it.

Dan, maybe you can zip up that folder and post it in the plugins site. i'd like to take a look at that, I plan on creating news letters to send to my community. I'd like to check out this code to see if it works.

Ok, here is the link to the previous discussion on this topic and a post by @fh111 that will get you the Mass Delivery plug-in. This is the same plug-in that I have been using for years.
